Most of those who purchase phone cards are frequent callers. For them, like any others, time and money are most important. They plan to save on their telephone bills and they also want almost instantaneous connectivity. As soon as the person purchases the phone card, he is assigned a PIN number which is unique to his card. Whenever he wants make a call, he would dial the PIN number; he is connected to the long distance calling mode. Once connected, he has to dial the country code, area or zone number and then the telephone number he is trying to call at the other end.

Normally, it is very difficult for any person to remember all these numbers. This is particularly difficult, when the caller has large business connections at various countries. The multilingual helpline will be much beneficial in case the language becomes a barrier for communication.

By registering the frequently called numbers with the helpline, all that the caller has to do is to dial his PIN number and then the helpline will take him to the list of registered numbers and he can select the number he would like to call. At the same time, by this method there are no chances of wrong dialing by the caller.
